At Elkwood, we personally review every external design to ensure it meets our standards for craftsmanship, functionality, and compliance. This way, you get a product that’s truly the best fit for you; without compromise.

To protect our customers, our business, and our community, Elkwood does not manufacture the following items:

• Copyrighted or trademarked items - Unauthorized reproduction violates copyright, trademark, or patent laws. For example - characters from movies, games, or comics (e.g., Disney, Marvel, Star Wars), branded logos (Nike, Apple), or patented designs.
• Weapons or weapon accessories (including toys and replicas)
• Dangerous or illegal items (Drug paraphernalia, lock-picking tools, or items designed to bypass security systems)
• Medical Devices or Implants - Medical devices must meet strict regulatory standards for safety and efficacy. Selling uncertified medical devices can pose serious health risks and legal liabilities.
• Food Contact Items - (Kitchenware, utensils, or containers intended for food use). Selling uncertified food-contact items can be hazardous and may violate health regulations
• Items Infringing on Intellectual property - Even if the design is modified, selling items that infringe on existing patents can lead to legal consequences for Elkwood. We take intellectual property seriously.
• Adult or explicit content - (Sex toys, explicit figurines, or offensive items).

Production

We have a fleet of machines and a dedicated workshop team, ready to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We have 3D printers, laser-cutters, and are in the process of integrating a CNC into our workflow. This allows us to work with a variety of materials, ensuring we select the best option for quality, style, and durability

Lead Time

Our average order-to-post time is under 24 hours for pre-designed products, and under 3 days for custom designs (including testing and revisions)
